Accolade Global (USA) was founded in 2008 in Wilmington, Delaware.  It is a private equity and global media consolidation firm, focused on acquiring small-to-medium sized businesses in the following industry groups: online media, residential and commercial construction, logistics and consulting.

In 2009 Accolade Global purchased the worldwide real estate conglomerate Accolade International for 6.2 million U.S. Dollars and merged the two companies to form Accolade Global--International (which is located in Charlestown, Nevis--Saint Kitts) and Accolade Global--USA (which is located in Wilmington, Delaware).

Accolade Global makes its acquisitions and investments employing both a majority investor "buyout" approach, as well as a venture capital/minority investment model, particularly in the online media sector.
